We partner with agencies and organizations that share our fundamental mission of serving disadvantaged youth, but don't offer duplicate services. For example, when we recruit young people to work in our businesses, we contact agencies that provide youth with independent-living skills and work-readiness training. Additionally, when our young employees need services outside our core area of expertise-healthcare, legal or childcare services for example-we refer them to organizations that can best meet their needs.
