Submitting Photographs
Please follow the guidelines below when submitting photographs.
Technical Specifications
- Show participants actively engaged in learning
environment
- Colorful and representative of populations served
- If prints, image should be at least 4"x 4"
- If digital, resolution should be no less than 300 DPI
(JEPG or GIF format); Submit on zip disk or CD-Rom
- Include names of individuals and a description of the
occasion, if applicable
Photo Quality
- Tightly framed photos - no more than six individuals per
image
- Well lit - from the front with no overpowering rear
lighting
- No photos shot against glass or mirrors
- Sharp focus - maximum resolution ensures high quality
web presentation
Permissions
- Please indicate your permission for Merrill Lynch to use
images by completing a Model/Photo Release Form for
each photo submitted
